What does diversity mean at Duff & Phelps? These include the National Black MBA Association (NBMBA), Out and Equal, the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA) and the Boston Career Forum. We have established relationships with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), numerous NAACP Local Units and we are also an active participant in INROADS—the nonprofit organization that trains and develops young minorities for careers in business and industry—to strengthen our internship program. Additionally, we sponsor high-profile events at top business universities in support of such groups as the Asian Business Student Association (ABSA), the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) and the National Association of Women MBAs (NAWMBA).
