U.S. Application Process
Once you are ready to apply, you must submit your information through this site in order to be considered for a position with Duff & Phelps. If we have a posting at your University, you will also need to apply via their job posting system, so please check with your Career Services Office first. The next step will be either an initial phone screen or an in-person on-campus interview. If we do not conduct interviews at your campus but you qualify, you may be interviewed over the phone by a Vice President, Director or Managing Director. If you qualify, a second interview generally takes place two to four weeks later in our offices.
During your in-office interview, you will meet members of our management group and staff. Depending on the group for which you are interviewing, you may be asked to take a business writing skills test, while Valuation candidates will participate in a Valuation Group Discussion. This is a team project where you will get to know other candidates along with our staff and management. After the in-office interviews, you will be notified of our decision within a week.
